At Eden Place, we are dedicated to ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To provide clarity and transparency, we have outlined our policies below:

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Reservations

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date, the first night deposit will be charged.

Smoking and Pets

Eden is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises and there is a penalty for defaulters.
We do not allow pets

Damages and Incidentals

Guests are responsible for any damages or loss caused to the property and its contents during their stay.
Any missing or damaged items in the course of the guest’s stay will be charged to the guest's credit card on file after due investigation.

Noise and Behavior

Excessive noise and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without a refund.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy of Eden is 4 guests. This includes adults and children.

Your security and privacy are of utmost importance to us. We provide a secure environment, and your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Local Regulations

Guests are expected to adhere to all local laws and regulations during their stay.
